All sale section/clearance items purchased are ALL SALES FINAL.
U.S. Prepaid Returns
We offer one pre-paid return label for any order over $75.00 (non-sale items only).
- Email customer care requesting Return and include Order ID.
- You will be sent a return form and prepaid return label.
- Please Print and include return form in box.
- Complete the return form and please select reason for return. Please note, returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Adhere shipping label to shipping carton and do not apply to shoe box or damage original packaging.
- Drop off at your nearest UPS location.
- We do not accept exchanges at this time but instead offer store credit due to inventory availability and swifter processing. Once your return is approved and we receive at our fulfillment center then a store credit will be issued via email.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Any merchandise marked "FINAL SALE or All SALES FINAL" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please follow the instructions above. You must complete the return form and return your items at your expense within 30 days from the day you received your package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment or store credit. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
Refunds/Store Credit Processing
- Refunds/Store Credit will be processed within approximately 1 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
